She is a qualified Company Secretary registered with Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has completed graduation from N.M. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. Currently she is pursuing LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai. She has experience in the field of Corporate law viz companies Act , SEBI Act, LLP Act , Partnership Act and FEMA Act. She has undertaken secretarial audit of various companies, some notable clients worked on include Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, D’Decore and Welspun group.
Mr. Apoorv Kanoongo
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant registered with the ICAI. He has completed graduation from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. Currently,he is pursuing the CFA degree. He completed his articleship from PwC and Chokshi and Chokshi LLP, and has experience in the fields of Corporate law, Taxation, Audit and Accounting.
Mr. Gunaji Mhaskar
He has been taking care of all office administration work since 1996. He handles all aspects of work from payroll to GST returns and is crucial for the orderly functioning of the organization. His 22-year experience with the directors help him operate at the same wavelength as the needs of the company.
